What do I do if I received the wrong merchandise?
Please email Customer Service at custserv@scdirect.com and they will send your original order with free rush delivery along with a prepaid mailing label for you to return the incorrect merchandise.

When will my back order be received?
Occasionally, our styles do temporarily get placed on backorder, but new merchandise is sent to us every Friday. If we receive the item(s) you have reserved on backorder, your order will be shipped out to you the following Monday.

We must receive your returned merchandise in new condition (not worn or altered) with tags still attached. Items may be returned for EXCHANGE within 90 days.
